Under certain exceptional circumstances, the Company may refund payments made by credit card. In this case, the amount will be refunded to the card that was used for the deposit. The Client has the right to close his/her account at any time.

The Company authorizes the closure of the account if:

A. No active investments have been made.

B. There are currently no ongoing investigations related to the current Terms of Use.

If there are no charges for the account, the Company must close the account upon the Customer’s request.

If the Customer’s account has been suspended due to a violation of the applicable provisions of the Online Services Agreement, or due to any other misuse identified by the Customer, no refund will be made under any circumstances.

The Company is not obligated to provide any type of refund in the event of a loss for any foreseeable or unforeseen reason.

A refund request may be made in cases where deposits were made to the account but no orders were executed by the customer. In this case, the amount used for the deposit will be used for the refund. The refund will be made in full, unless other arrangements have been made.

Refund requests may take up to 2 business days to process, provided the customer’s account is fully verified, the customer has submitted a withdrawal request (through the Company’s Cashier), the funds are still available in the customer’s account, and the customer does not have any active bonus agreements that prevent a withdrawal (see Chapter 19 of the Online Service Agreement).

All other requests will be treated as REFUNDS and processed accordingly.

This Agreement has been written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the meaning of any translated versions of this Agreement and the English language, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, Company is permitted to transfer funds only to an account that is in your name. Company may require additional information or documentation before funds can be transferred to your account. Documents must be sent to [email protected]
